Self-hosting Ghost on the NAS
, 1 min read
Everything behind the site runs on my NAS at home, in Docker: Ghost, the garden’s sync, Syncthing, and the container that installs theme updates. Only two things live elsewhere. Readers reach the site through a Cloudflare tunnel, and the code lives on GitHub.
Ghost’s admin sits behind Cloudflare Access, so anything that needs to talk to Ghost from inside the house (like garden-sync) uses the local network address instead of the public one.
The longer story of why is in Self-Ghosting.
